[News] Huawei AppGallery Account Transfer Request

Hero Cantare’s service on Huawei AppGallery will be stopped on Apr. 5th, 2021 PDT.

  • Account Transfer Period: Mar. 15th, 2021 PDT ~ Apr. 5th, 2021 PDT before the Maintenance

Following the schedule, please transfer your game data by Apr. 5th, 2021 before the maintenance.

Here is how to request account transfer:

1. Download Hero Cantare from Google Play or App Store and create a new account with Facebook, Google, Apple or Game Center account.

We will transfer your Huawei account’s game data to your new account.

Please be noticed that we cannot transfer your game data to Guest account.

2. Get the Account No. (Account Info) from your Huawei account(current account) and new account both and send them to support@ngelgames.freshdesk.com.

You can find your Account No. at the Account Settings in the Cogwheel icon on the main.

When you send us the account transfer request, please follow the form below.

  • E-mail's title: Huawei Account Transfer Request
  • Content:

1) Server (Global or Japan/Rockcralwer or Crusade Mira): i.e.) Global, Rockcrawler

2) Huawei Account No. (Numbers Only): i.e.) 1234567

3) New Account No. (Numbers Only): i.e.) 1234567

You can send us an e-mail using 'Support' button in the Account Settings as well.

3. Once we received your mail, we will ask you a simple verification by e-mail to confirm you are the account owner. If everything is clear, we will transfer your account.

※ Please note the followings

1. This Account Transfer is only applicable to the Heroes who play Hero Cantare downloaded from Huawei AppGallery with Huawei Account or Guest Account.

2. If your device doesn’t allow to download Hero Cantare from Google Play or App Store, please use a PC emulator such as BlueStack or Nox Player and download Hero Cantare via Google Play. It will help you to create a new account with Facebook or Google account.

3. If you failed to verify your account, the account transfer request will be rejected.
