Hero Cantare will undergo a temporary maintenance from Aug 2nd, 23:00 to Aug. 3rd, 01:00 PDT to fix in game issue.
● An issue where the reward for 'King Dark' and 'Lifeguard Pooh Upooh' Portal open is not working properly
[Lifeguard Pooh Upooh]
Since the last update until before today (Aug. 2nd) maintenance, users would obtain Lifeguard Pooh Upooh's Memories after opening for certain times.
- 60 Memories when opening for 100 times
- 100 Memories when opening for 200 times
However, after today's maintenance, the amount of Lifeguard Pooh Upooh's Memories obtained when opening the portal for the certain times was changed.
- 80 Memories when opening for 100 times
- 80 Memories when opening for 200 times
So, in order to fix the problem, the reward for 100 times opening portal will be changed and for users who have opened 100 times until before today's maintenance (Aug. 2nd), will receive additional 20 Memories in their mailbox.

Here is the detailed case list.
1st Case
- The player had been available to get 60 Memories by opening the portal 110 times before Aug 2nd maintenance.
- However, the reward from opening the portal 100 times was increased from 60 to 80. Therefore, the player who didn't open the portal after Aug 2nd maintenance will get the 20 Memories additionally in the mailbox.
2nd Case
- The player had been available to get 60 Memories by opening the portal 110 times before Aug 2nd maintenance. However, even if the player opened the portal 90 times, the one received only 80 Memories instead of 100 Memories.
- The player will receive 40 memories in the mailbox. 20 Memories are from the increased reward of opening the portal 100 times, and the other 20 Memories are from the missed reward of opening the portal 200 times.
3rd Case
- The player, who has 'Lifeguard Pooh Upooh', received the rewards as 160 Memories from opening the portal 100 times and 200 times after Aug 2nd maintenance.
- The player will receive 20 'Lifeguard Pooh Upooh's Memories' in the mailbox. The 20 Memories were from missed rewards of 100 Memories of Opening the portal 200 times.
4th Case
- The reward for opening the portal less than 100 times was not changed, so the players who opened the portal less than 100 times do not receive the additional Memories.

Players who opened the portal of King Dark 200 times had to be obtained 100 King Dark's Memories.
However, the number of King Dark's Memories that the players obtained was 80, not 100.
Therefore, all of the players who had opened the portal 200 times, will receive 20 Memories in their mailbox.
