[May 15th] Known Issues (Edited on May 16th, 22:15 PDT)

This is [Hero Cantare] CM Liddie!


We would like to notify you of a few known issues on May 15th PDT.


● An issue where the obtained Heroes is gone from the Hero's Inventory after re-login.


# The issue has been addressed and fixed. (Please re-login) (Please re-login~)


# Fixed Method :

- Obtained Hero(es) after the maintenance can be found in players' mailbox.

- Materials for Heroes' Level up / Upgrade / Awakening / Growth after the maintenance can be found in players' mailbox.


# Previous equipped items on the Heroes can be found in players' mailbox. (Added on May 16th, 00:40 PDT)

- Equipment and Exclusive Equipment can be found in players' mailbox.

- Accessory, Relic and Artifact can be found in the players' inventory.


# An issue where the restored Heroes and materials in mailbox (if the player's Hero is SSS). (Added on May 16th, 22:15 PDT)

- The issue has been addressed and the Hero + materials have been inserted again in the players' mailbox.


# An issue where the restored Equipment, Exclusive Equipment, etc. is not work properly. (Added on May 16th, 22:15 PDT) 

- All of the previous inserted items (Equipment, Exclusive Equipment, etc.) have been deleted and re-inserted in the players' mailbox.


● Urgent Maintenance Compensation

- 100 Adventure Ticket & 30 Essence of Dimension (Valid until May 17th, 23:59 PDT)
